Executive technology owner for the end-to-end launch of RichlineJewelry.com, leading engineering strategy, architecture, cross-functional delivery, and stakeholder management from initial planning through production. Directed teams and technology partners across Optimizely Commerce, customer accounts, ERP integrations, and secure JPMorgan payment processing, while driving scope, priorities, risk management, and delivery to launch.
Leading the rebuild of Rio Grande’s customer chatbot. I diagnosed why the first pilot fell short, set the new direction — an agentic assistant that can search products, look up orders and inventory, and hand off to people — and made safety a non-negotiable requirement.
Drove a predictive model that flags which B2B customers are likely to cross annual spend thresholds (ROC-AUC ≈ 0.96), turning purchase history into a ready-to-use list that sales can act on.
Provided technology leadership for Richline’s enterprise integration ecosystem, connecting commerce platforms, ERP, suppliers, and operational systems. Directed cross-functional teams and technology partners to build scalable Azure-based data pipelines, automate critical business processes, and improve the reliability and flow of catalog, inventory, pricing, and reporting data across the organization.
Provided technology leadership and strategic oversight for four Optimizely storefronts, driving platform architecture, reliability, security and modernization. Drove the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility program on Silpada.
Authored the company’s AI and AI-agent policies, chose the AI coding tools for my development team, and set the usage and budget guardrails that let us adopt AI quickly and safely.
